New Online Ordering Policy
All orders for Thursday/Friday must be submitted no later than 2 pm on Wednesday.
All orders for Saturday/Sunday/Monday must be submitted no later than 2 pm on Friday.
Any orders placed past the cut-off time will not be processed.
All orders must be picked up by 12 pm, and any unpaid orders will go back on the showcase for other guests to purchase.
Every order needs to include how many bakery items you would like, desired flavors, date and time of pick up, as well as name and contact information for the person picking up.
Please note: Hours of operation change throughout our seasons; please check the website homepage for current hours.
Orders over 3 dozen items must be made over the phone and paid for prior to pick up.
Ordering ahead guests still need to wait in line at pick up so payment can be made.
This service is for guests looking to make sure their favorite doughnut flavors are available and put aside for them.
Hot and or cold food & drink items are not available for pre-order.
A confirmation email will be sent when the order has been processed.

If you call the same day, we can not guarantee that we are not already sold out of your flavor. Please do not leave a message on the answering machine as it is not checked regularly. When we are short-staffed, our priorities go to the in-house guests, so the phone may not always be answered during peak times of the day.
